Incredible to work with re-designing our website - speedy, easy systems to make comments on progress which were explained to us using video format, small enough that you get individual attention from dedicated staff, easily contactable and really got us!! Grow My Business was outstanding for our complete website re-design. They were not only subject matter experts in website construction and design but the team, expertly co-ordinated  by Daniella, also took the time to understand our business (funds management), which really helped the process. Nothing was too much trouble, all deadlines were met, and tasks were always done accurately. They have some great tools and processes for explaining tasks and editing during the website development process and this resulted in better outcomes. We are now also signed up to a plan and processes that allow further changes to be made to the site, which is super important for us as the business grows and changes overtime (so we don't end up with a dated website ever again!). This review is on behalf of the Wellington City Mission. From our very first interaction, to the final product going live, we have been delighted with the work carried out for us by Grow My Business. Our new website is exactly what we had envisioned for our organisation. A huge part of that process was the initial steps carried out by GMB (including various initial group sessions) to better understand the vision, nature and various complexities of the City Mission and our mahi. We then worked in great detail, with heaps of regular communication, to iron out the final product and create the best possible interface for our manuhiri, donors and Wellington general public to engage with us and our mahi.
