The Challenge
SuiteFiles had outgrown their old site, and the cracks were showing:
1. Confusing user pathways
The old site was clunky and dated. Over time, new services and audiences had been bolted on – but without clear customer journeys. Visitors didn’t know where to go or what to do.
2. Limited flexibility for content & design
The site setup didn’t allow for dynamic content or subtle interactions to keep things fresh. Anything beyond basic updates required developer input.
3. Hard-to-update pages
Years of legacy code meant the marketing team couldn’t easily edit or launch campaigns.
Patching bits here and there wasn’t going to cut it. It was clear that the whole site needed a strategic rebuild to support growth.
The Solution
Working alongside the fabulous Noush Isaac (Head of Marketing, SuiteFiles), we flipped the site’s focus from inward-looking features to outward-facing benefits and outcomes.
We kicked off with a Digital Roadmap Session to get clarity on:
- Website goals
- Customer journeys for core audiences
- User experience
- Trust and authority building
This roadmap gave the SuiteFiles team a clear, phased plan to reposition their content, guide users through the site, and drive conversions.
We then set a 3-month phased rebuild schedule, so everyone knew what was coming and when. The new site was built on a robust, future-proof foundation – no more legacy headaches, just flexibility and growth-ready tech.
