How many website changes can be done in 30 minutes?
30 minutes of changes is enough time to do about 3 to 5 small changes per month.
Examples of a small change might be:
- Uploading and formatting a blog post
- Adding a new client testimonial
- Adding or tweaking copy on a page
- Swapping out an image
If in doubt if a change request would fall into this care plan time allotment, just ask!
How do "Unlimited Small Changes" work?
Great question.
Unlimited small changes do include edits to content on any page, including adding testimonials, making style adjustments, uploading blog content, or adding new scheduling pages.
Unlimited small changes do not include advanced or custom features like setting up a membership portal, creation of content, or graphic design requests.
Unlimited really does mean unlimited!
Simply send an email to support@growmybusiness.co.nz with clear instructions on the content you want to be changed on your website. We will get straight to work and let you know when it’s done, usually within a business day.
Here are some change requests that would be included and not included:
EXAMPLE 1
Included: You want us to upload a blog post that you wrote and source images.
Not included: You want us to write your blog post.
EXAMPLE 2
Included: You want us to add a new video to your membership site section and update the content around it to match the video subject.
Not included: You want us to format the raw video content, upload it to your Vimeo, and write the content that will accompany it.
EXAMPLE 3
Included: You want us to take the text you’ve emailed and use it to replace the current content on a web page
Not included: You want us to write content for or design your page.

What if I need something not included on a plan?
If you need something that’s not included in your plan, I’m happy to help. You can email me directly – iona@growmybusiness.co.nz and we’ll set up a call to chat about your needs.
If you need additional services on a regular basis we can also chat about a custom add-on to your plan that will fit your needs.
What happens if my website goes down (is hacked, breaks, etc)?
The whole purpose of our care plans is to prevent this, we work hard to prevent anything from happening.
However, if something does happen and your website needs emergency attention, we’ll be there communicating with the web hosting company on your behalf and sorting out the issue.
We can’t promise your website won’t be hacked. But we CAN promise to do everything we can to prevent it. We restore and clean up the website with one of our backups.
How do the strategy sessions work?
Websites and businesses grow, we talk about the next steps to keep this happening. We review the stats, talk about how the website is working for your business and what we can do next to help you reach your goals.
Can Include
SEO, Blog topics, new products, packaging services, new lead magnets and digital marketing options.
How does billing work?
We set it up so your Credit Card will be charged automatically at the start of each month. Once payment is complete you will be sent a receipt.
Can I really cancel at any time?
Absolutely.
We are all about building a valuable relationship with you and your website, so I’d hate to see you go. But should the need arise, you can request a cancellation via email to support@growmybusiness.co.nz, and we will immediately stop the next payment.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my care plan based on my needs?
Yes, you can do that. There’s just a $50 admin fee to downgrade your plan, we have to update our records internally anytime there’s a care plan change. We waive that fee if you upgrade your plan.
