""Incredible to work with re-designing our website - speedy, easy systems to make comments on progress which were explained to us using video format, small enough that you get individual attention from dedicated staff, easily contactable and really got us!! Would highly recommend and will continue to use."

- Susie Robertson, Chief Executive

The Problem

Kaibosh had grown a lot, but their website hadn’t quite kept up. Different audiences—volunteers, donors, and people looking for support—were all being funneled through the same dense, text-heavy pages, with no clear direction on where to go next.

That meant people were having to work a bit too hard to find what they needed, especially when it came to location-specific information. And frustratingly, this friction often showed up right when someone was ready to take action.

Behind the scenes, it wasn’t much easier. The team didn’t have the flexibility they needed, relying on support for updates that should have been quick and straightforward.

We took a step back and rebuilt the experience around clarity and ease of use.

Clear pathways were introduced so visitors could quickly donate, volunteer, or get support without second-guessing where to click. Content was simplified and broken into clean, easy-to-scan sections, with better structure and location-based navigation for each branch.

We also refreshed the design to better reflect Kaibosh’s brand—keeping it warm, human, and approachable. And importantly, we built everything in a way that gives the team full control, so they can manage content, campaigns, and updates themselves without relying on outside help.

The Outcome

The new site feels like a natural extension of the organisation—simple, welcoming, and easy to navigate.

People can now find what they need quickly and take action without hitting roadblocks. At the same time, the Kaibosh team has the confidence and flexibility to keep things moving and evolving behind the scenes.

The early feedback has been really positive, and the platform is now set up to support ongoing growth in donations, volunteers, and community impact.

If your website is making people work too hard to support you... it might be time for a rethink.
